Passionate about fostering a sense of belonging, I help organizations enhance staff retention and wellness by creating inclusive environments where individuals thrive. My expertise lies in developing strategies that empower people and drive organizational success. In my spare time, I enjoy writing and exploring new places—having traveled to 27 states, I’m on a mission to visit all 50!
